About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our busy concrete production team on the Sunshine Coast. This is not just a standard operating role—we are looking for someone keen to step up, learn our digital production systems, and train to become a Concrete Batcher.

Because you will be supporting multiple local depots, being centrally located near our Maroochydore and Kunda Park sites is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a Front End Loader to manage stockpiles and feed production bins.

• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard environment.

• Learn the ropes: Get hands-on with our batching software to blend concrete mixes accurately and manage dispatch schedules.

What We Are Looking For

• Ticket & Experience: Current LL (Front End Loader)

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and software (or a fast learner who isn't afraid of technology).

• Location: Residing close to Maroochydore or Kunda Park for reliable daily travel.

• Attitude: Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to progress your career into plant operations.
